Logan Village Christian Family was planted on the foundation of a vision that the late Pastor Glen Hunter received from God for Logan Village and surrounding areas.

The church is a friendly Family Orientated New Testament Church in word and action, serving the people of the Logan Village and surrounding community

We meet every Sunday at 9.30am in the downstairs section of the Heritage School (Old School) building, which is situated on Wharf Street in Logan Village.  The building is just one of many interesting Heritage Buildings in the Logan Village area. We are an informal little church with a lot of warmth and a strong missions focus, supporting outreach to slum school children in Bangladesh and other worthy causes around the world. The area is growing rapidly due to new local development so there are many opportunities to get involved and serve the Lord and the community. All are welcome! Stay for a cuppa after the service. Feel free to give Pastor Michelle a call on the mobile number provided for more information. hope to see you soon.

Mission Statement

The church exists to meet the spiritual needs of the community. We are named family and provide a loving home in the community where all are welcome. We will encourage and equip leaders within the congregation to further the work.

Aims of the Church

A new Testament Church in word and action

Our Goals

•To lift Jesus up in our community: John 12v32
•To be Christ’s Ambassadors: 2 Cor 5 v 20
•To fulfil or Commission: Acts 1v8
•To fulfil our Ministry:2Cor 5 v 18-19

How is this to be achieved?

•‘LOVE within the fellowship, and to those outside the life of Jesus’: 1John 4 v 19-21
•By avoiding the traditional: 1Peter 1 v 18-19
•By recognising our ministry is to be the Body of Christ and to the lost: Matt 5 v 13-16
•Recognising Jesus’ ascension gifts to the Church: Eph 4 v 13-16
•Believe for and see miracles: Zech 4v6
•Exercise our Spiritual Gifts: 1Cor chps 12-14
•Pray much
•Believe for much
•Be unashamed of Jesus
•Recognise that the Church is to GO into the world, not the world into the Church
